I love Asian food, especially spicy curry. Or sushi. Or Tom Yum! Anything goes, I guess. I found it best if you buy basic ingredients in a local Asian market, like curry pastes and soup pastes and then just add the fresh ingredients. Mic and I have perfected the Tom Yum soup, which is typical for Laos and Thailand. It has lots of spicy and sour flavours like chilli peppers, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and lime juice. Yuuuum!
There isn’t much markets specialized for Asian cuisine in Slovenia but i found one, Svilna pot.
I bought Green Curry paste, Soybean paste, some dried algae and Thai beer. And now I just have to find the time to make something. So, only beer drinking scheduled for this week 🙂
